My apple cider vinegar detox drink is not only full of healthy benefits - thanks to the undeniable health benefits of apple cider vinegar - but is also surprisingly delicious, and a shockingly yummy combo of sweet and sour.

This drink is a game-changer because it actually tastes good, unlike many store-bought AVC drinks that either taste not so good or contain added sweeteners. I now can enjoy my daily serving of AVC every day, because it’s so dang delicious!

And the best part is? This apple cider vinegar drink is designed for optimal weight loss, detox, and health-boosting power.

Yep, the rumors are actually true - you may have heard some of those incredible stories of people losing 10 pounds of fat in 2 weeks and achieving a flat belly all by drinking apple cider vinegar recipes.

According to a study on Healthline, obese people who took 1–2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily for 12 weeks actually lost weight and body fat.

Is this just a hoax or is there some truth to this?

Well, for a matter of fact there is some truth to apple cider vinegar’s slimming effects. While, of course, just drinking an apple cider vinegar drink alone won’t give you a big push toward losing weight, there are of course other factors at play when it comes to losing weight, like diet and activity.

But when combined with a healthier diet and maybe some moderate activity, an apple cider vinegar drink every day can absolutely boost the amount of weight you can lose.

This connection AVC has to weight loss is due to the fact that when apple cider vinegar is raw, it’s a fermented food. The acetic acid which is found in many fermented foods including raw apple cider vinegar, is known to reduce obesity rates by decreasing abdominal fat and the build-up of liver and body fats.

Plus apple cider vinegar lowers blood pressure, provides good bacteria in the gut for a flat belly, and can increase muscle mass which burns more calories than fat.

Honestly, this is just a small fraction of the many phenomenal health benefits of vinegar. For example, apple cider vinegar can aid your immune system, suppress unnecessary appetite, keep skin healthy and glowing, and so much more.

After finishing this drink, it’s a good idea to rinse out your mouth, because you don’t really want the ACV to sit on your teeth.
