Why won't my online banking let me log in? ›

Ensure you're on the bank's official website, with a secure connection. Check your bank's service status to see if the issue is on its end. Check your login credentials and reset them if you're unsure. Update your browser to benefit from the latest security patches.

Not only can you view your balances and transfer funds between your Westamerica accounts, you can enroll in eStatements, order copies of cleared checks, request stop payments, order new checks, or send a secure e-mail to a Customer Service Representative.

Know Your Account Balance

You can access your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Automated Telephone Banking system. You can check your balances and transfer funds between accounts at no charge. Simply call our Customer Service Department at (800) 848-1088 to use our automated system.

Westamerica's mobile app and alerts are free to registered StarConnect Plus™ users. Depending on your account type, there may be a monthly fee for enrolling in StarConnect Plus, bill pay and to use mobile check deposit. Standard rates and fees from your wireless carrier may apply.

Make sure you have cleared temporary internet files and cookies and your browser has extensions and add-ons disabled. If needed, also try restarting your device and router, and try a wired connection.

STAR+PLUS is a Texas Medicaid-managed care program for adults who have disabilities or are age 65 or older. Adults in STAR+PLUS get Medicaid healthcare and long-term services and support through a health plan that they choose.

Star Connections are mainly required for the Power Transmission Network for longer distances, whereas in Delta connection mainly in Distribution networks and is used for shorter distances. In Star Connection, each winding receives 230 volts and in Delta Connection, each winding receives 415 volts.

As a full-service debit payments network, STAR provides anytime, anywhere access to enable purchases and payments through any channel.

How do I access my account balance? ›

Regular Checking

A non-interest bearing checking account for personal use, with no service charges and no transaction limits. You must deposit $100.00 to open this account, unless the account holder is under 18 years of age. There are no minimum balance requirements.

Customers can deposit checks online using a mobile device. To be eligible for a mobile deposit, you typically must have a checking or savings account with the associated bank.

What types of checks can I deposit? You can deposit checks payable in U.S. dollars and drawn at any U.S.-based bank, including personal, business, and most government checks.

Common reasons consumers are turned down for a bank account include a history of overdrafts, unpaid bank fees or suspected fraud. Applications can also be denied due to mistakes on one's checking account report. If you've been denied a bank account, ask the bank why this happened.

The error message “Account Temporarily Unavailable” could mean there is a connection issue or the site has been taken down for maintenance. If you close the site and reopen it the message will usually go away, and you can continue with your transaction.

Bank accounts are typically frozen for suspected illegal activity, a creditor seeking payment, or by government request. A frozen account may also be a sign that you've been a victim of identity theft. Each situation requires specific actions to unfreeze the account.
